Cannot open portable opera with error "Another instance of Opera..." 無法開啟Opera

Issue: when you launch portable opera from http://portableapps.com/, it shows error with:
問題: 開啟Oprea 可攜版時，出現錯誤訊息而無法開啟。

Another instance of Opera. Portable Edition is starting. Please wait for it to start before launching it again.

Solution:
1. delete the file "PortableApps.comLauncherRuntimeData-OperaPortable.ini" under directory ,ex: \OperaPortable\Data

2. if it still not work, make sure opera is not working on background. open "Task Manager" and kill process "opera.exe" on "Processes" tab .

解決:
1. 刪除 Oprea 可攜版目錄下的 "PortableApps.comLauncherRuntimeData-OperaPortable.ini"，如 \OperaPortable\Data底下，再重開即可。

2. 如果還是不能開啟，請確認 opera 沒有在背景執行。打開"工作管理員"，在"程式"分頁中關閉 "opera.exe"
